We hold space for those navigating the tender terrain of being human

  • We honor the unique experiences of those who have served on the front lines, whether in combat, crisis response, or community care.

Veterans and first responders face PTSD, moral injury, and chronic stress from trauma, value conflicts, and relentless service demands. Our horse-guided, somatic-based therapy offers a sanctuary to release these burdens, using nonverbal connection and nervous system regulation to rebuild trust, process grief, and rediscover identity.

  • Addiction, often rooted in trauma, unresolved pain, or emotional disconnection, serves as a coping mechanism for a dysregulated nervous system. Over time, it hijacks the brain’s reward pathways, perpetuating dependency and distancing individuals from their true selves. Our horse-guided, somatic-based therapy provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore these emotional and physical roots, fostering healing and reconnection through our intuitive herd.

  • Grief asks us to slow down, to feel what cannot be fixed, and to find meaning in the ache of absence. Whether mourning the loss of a loved one, a home, a dream, or a former sense of self, we create space to honor the depth of your experience without pressure to “move on.” Through somatic practices, we support the body in navigating the unpredictable waves of sorrow, while our horses offer silent presence and heart-centered companionship. This is a place to relearn how to live in a world that has changed and to remember that healing does not mean forgetting; it means carrying love forward in new ways. You are invited to move with your grief, at your own pace, held with tenderness and support.

  • Reclaiming your voice, boundaries, and sense of self after abuse is a sacred and courageous journey; it is one that requires safety, presence, and deep compassion. Guided by the herd, we offer a nonjudgmental space to rebuild trust: in yourself, in others, and in your body. Through somatic tools, clients begin to unwind survival patterns such as hypervigilance, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment, while receiving gentle guidance in recognizing and reinforcing healthy boundaries. We support the process of breaking free from cycles of shame, blame, and silence, allowing space for empowerment and authentic self-expression. In the presence of the herd, clear, honest, and unconditionally present, one can often rediscover what it feels like to be respected, attuned to, and truly seen, without fear or performance.

  • Trauma leaves imprints on the body, the breath, and the way we move through the world. We honor each person’s unique path and pace, offering a safe, grounded space to explore what the body remembers, even when words fall short. Clients are gently guided through somatic practices that regulate the nervous system and restore connection to self. We support the healing of trauma patterns like dissociation, freeze, or emotional overwhelm, and foster relational repair through attuned presence with horses who offer honest, judgment-free feedback. We can’t erase the past, but we can rewrite your relationship to it. Here, healing doesn’t mean fixing; it means remembering your innate resilience and finding your way back to presence, power, and peace.

  • When life unravels through divorce, separation, or sudden change, it can feel like the ground has shifted beneath you. We offer a safe space to process grief, anger, relief, and confusion while rediscovering who you are beyond past roles or outdated stories. Transitions are not endings but openings to a more aligned life.

  • In the creative world, vulnerability fuels your art but can leave you feeling exposed or disconnected. We offer a grounded refuge to recalibrate your nervous system after the pressures of performance, to reconnect with your creative flow without burnout or frustration, and to explore your identity beyond roles or public perception. Find stillness, presence, and truth by returning to your body and simply listening.
